Vice chairman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh works with French consultant (08/09/2009)

In the morning of September 7, 2009, Ms Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh- Vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee had a working session with Mr David Albrecht- consultant of urban infrastructure of CARO consulting company (France) on the occasion of its visit to Quy Nhon to seek plans for future development in the fields of water supply and drainage, environment sanitation, urban infrastructure, transportation and social housing; ODA funded projects; projects calling for investment and concerns of the province and the city with the plans.

The CARO consulting company is entrusted by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) with a task of surveying some cities of Vietnam to help the AFD better understand the structure and operation of the cities for ODA plans of the AFD in the future.

According to the plan, within September 7- 8 of 2009, Mr David Albrecht will works with the Departments of Planning and Investment, Finance, Quy Nhon City People's Committee, the Economic Zone Authority, Quy Nhon Urban Environment Co., Ltd, Binh Dinh Water Supply and Drainage Company, Quy Nhon Park – Verdure - Urban Lighting Company.
