Establishing Joint Venture to implement projects in Dieu Tri Town (27/02/2010)

The Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just had the dispatch to agree in principle for Kim Cuc Investment and Construction Limited Company, HBC Investment and Services Joint Stock Company and Phu Thai Group Joint Stock Company to form a Joint Venture to carry out investment procedures for projects: Traditional market, Clue market and Commercial quarter in Dieu Tri Town; High-level services trade center in the North of Dieu Tri bridge, Tuy Phuoc District.

Within six months from the issuing date of the policy, the Joint Venture is responsible for surveying, forming the detailed plan of 1/500 scale for the projects, then submitted to the authorities for consideration and approval in accordance to regulations of establishing investment projects and carrying out following investment procedures.

On the same day, PPC has also decided to establish a Steering Committee to implement these projects by Vice Chairman Le Huu Loc as its head.
