- Location: Cat Hai Commune, Phu Cat District, on the Phuong Mai - Ba Mountain Tourist Route.

- Planned area: 91.5 hectares.

- Construction works: Resort, entertainment attraction, sea park, facilities for water sports activities (diving, surfing), and other supporting activities, 18 hole golf course.

- Investment capital: USD50 million.

  

THI NAI LAGOON ECO-TOUR RESORT

- Location: Thi Nai Lagoon, Quy Nhon City.

- Planned area: 800 hectares.

- Building the large scale eco-tour resort of 800 hectares in Thi Nai Lagoon in Quy Nhon City (in which 200 hectares are of salt-marsh preservation project), improving and upgrading it to be a specific eco-tour resort.

- Investment capital: USD10 million. 

 

HAI GIANG TOURIST AREA

- Location: Nhon Hai Commune, Quy Nhon City, on the Phuong Mai - Ba Mountain Tourist Route.

- Building an ecological park in the area of 120 hectares, with strong feeling entertainment types, multifunction park, restaurant, hotel and golf course services.

- Location: Nhon Tan Commune, An Nhon District.

- Planned area: 120 hectares.

- Construction works: An ecological tourist area that includes fishing, camping, climbing, rowing and picnicking activities....

RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRADITIONAL CRAFT VILLAGES

- Location: Nhon Hau, Nhon Phuc, Nhon Thanh, Dap Da (An Nhon District), Cat Tan, Cat Tuong (Phu Cat District), Hoai Hao, Tam Quan (Hoai Nhon District), Vinh Quang (Vinh Thanh District).
