1. Project title: Upgrading and Expanding Quy Nhon - Tam Quan Coastal Road

2. Project location: Binh Dinh Province

3. Project objectives:

Binh Dinh has 134km coastline, along which are the areas with great potential for tourism, fisheries and aqualture development.

The coastal population of province is very big; however, the road which links coastal communes from Quy Nhon to Tam Quan (Hoai Nhon district) is poor. It is urgently needed to construct this road to serve the need of the socio-economic development for coastal districts and communes.

4. Project scale:

In reference to the approved plan, the road is to be built under Grade V standard for coastal plain roads (as per Vietnam standard TCVN 4054-85) with 6.5m wide base and 5m wide bitumen surface.
