1. Project title: Constructing the Mountainous Road between Vinh Thanh and An Lao Districts of Binh Dinh Province

2. Project location: Vinh Thanh and An Lao Districts, Binh Dinh Province

3. Project objectives:

Vinh Thanh and An Lao are the two mountainous districts of the province, used to be revolutionary bases during the two resistance wars. These two districts are facing with under-developed socio-economic conditions, transportation disadvantage, especially the obstructed accessibility by road between them. Thus, the construction of this interdistrict road will contribute to the socio-economic development, providing favourable conditions for the improvement of cultural and living standard of the ethnic minorities, simultaneously reducing the gap of living standard of the people between coastal plain and mountainous areas.

The road connecting Vinh Thanh with An Lao districts of Binh Dinh is constructed in response to the socio-economic development of the mountainous districts and communes of the province.
