Cat Hiep Commune, Phu Cat District (about 40 km north of Quy Nhon)

100% foreign owned capital or joint-venture

6. Background:

Hoi Van Hot Mineral Spring  (at Cat Hiep Commune, Phu Cat District) has the natural hot mineral resource with the surface temperature of 86⁰C (the average temperature of the water resource is 105⁰C); water flow (naturally obtained from 3 different drills) is 2,400m³ per day under the underground pressure, which is presently used for the purpose of health care and treatment.

The orientation towards building the geothermal power plant has been approved by the Government.
