Building up the boat engines factory with medium and small capacity (60 - 1,000 HP) for fishery sector.
Building up the factories to produce fishery equipment and tools.

As per the project scale.
7. Background:
There exists now in the province 6,000 fishing boats with all modes of catching and will be more than 1,000 offshore fishing boats of big power by 2010.
The province has 17 fishing boat builders which can build annually 800 fishing boats of 45 HP up and repair thousands of boats, in which some builders are capable to build 500 - 700 HP boats and use composite to make the hulls.
