area: 328 ha Phu Tai Industrial Zone is located in the junction of National Roads 1A and 19 within the Wards of Tran Quang Dieu and Bui Thi Xuan, Quy Nhon City, 12 kilometres west of Quy Nhon Seaport and 2 kilometres from Dieu Tri Railway Station and 20 kilometres from Phu Cat Airport in the North. Authorized by relevant ministries and Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee, the Industrial Zone Management Board issues investment license, approves the import plan, architectural design, etc. The investor only contacts the Industrial Zone Management Board in accordance with the “one-stop shop” policy to solve any administrative procedures relating to any other agencies. There have been 107 projects registered in Phu Tai Industrial Zone with a wide range of industries such as manufacturing of export wooden products, paper and carton bags, export granite stone, construction material, and export seafood, brewery and others.
