Correction of Land prices in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone

The Office of the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province has just issued the Notice of Correction correcting subpoint e, point 2, section C of the Appendix of the Tables of Land Prices in a Number of Areas in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Binh Dinh Province (issued with Decision No. 32/2006/QD-UBND dated 28 March 2006 of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province). With this notice, the public is informed that the correct unit price for lease of land in case of construction of houses or works for lease for service purpose within the land for construction of golf course or race track in Hai Giang tourist area is VND500/m²/year (in stead of VND275/m²/year as previously printed).
