Adjusting the land use planning of Binh Dinh Province with orientation of developing the industry as a priority22 November 2007On 14/11/2007, the Government promulgated the Resolution No. 55/2007/NQ-CP on adjusting the land use planning until 2010 and the five year (2006-2010) land use plan of Binh Dinh Province.Accordingly, the land for non- argricultural production and business is adjusted to increase from 1,945 to 10,625 hectares; the land used for mineral activities from 408 to 550 hectares; the land for production of building materials, porcelain or china products from 267 to 353 hectares; The land used as ground for construction of production and business establishments from 749 to 1,856 hectares. Expecially, the land for industrial production increases remarkably (from 521 to 7,866).Under the Resolution, Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee takes full responsibility of implementing the land use plannings and plans in association with the purposes of socio-economic development, national defence and security mission, ecological environment protection. On the approval of the land use plannings and plans, the provincial People’s Committee conducts the land recovery, land allocation, land lease, permission to change land use purposes for rational, economical, efficient use of land and environment protection.In case of adjusting the main targets of the land use plannings and plans, Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee has to submit them to the Government for consideration and approval. |
