Improving procedures on business registration

According to the Instruction No. 22/2007/CT-TTg on developing the private business secotr, The Ministry of Public Security will submit to the Prime Minister to adjust, supplementing the Decree No. 58/2001/NĐ-CP on the management and use of seals without the seal engrave permit in the fourth quarter of 2007. The business registration at state agencies will receive the protection for seals
At the same time, the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) must complete the list of investment conditions for the projects in the range of conditional sectors to submit to the Government for promulgating. The plan of unified registration mechanism in the one-clue direction and the only form for registering business and using business code will be applied in carrying out business registration, tax registration and stastitics which the Prime Minister assigned the MPI in association with the Ministries of Finance, Public Security to submit to the Government in the second quarter of 2008.
In addition, the current obstacles of businesses such as: legal capital confirming in trading real estate, debt chasing services, ability to access bank loans, establishment of Credit Guarantee Fund for small and medium entrepreneurs and etc as well as the full check by related ministries and agencies to revoke unappropriate documents and procedures were asked to have urgent solutions by the Prime Minister.
