Binh Dinh: Renovation and arrangement of 100% state-owned businesses stage 2007-2010

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung promugated the Decision No.815/QĐ-TTg dated 28 June 2007 to approve the scheme of renovation and arrangement of 100% state-owned businesses for the stage 2007-2010.
Under the Decision, in 2008, Binh Dinh Irrigation Projects Exploit Company will be transferred to the Limited Liability Company with one member.
For the stage 2007-2010, enterprises will be equitized as follows:
In 2007: realizing the equitization of Thi Nai port; Quy Nhon Trade Union Tourist Co., Ltd; Chanh Thang Mineral Water Co., Ltd.
In 2008: realizing the transfer of Kon River Forestry Company; Ha Thanh Forestry Company; Quy Nhon Forestry Company to subsidiary companies of Binh Dinh Production Investment Service Import-Export Company and the equitization of these ones and Lam Son Import-Export Foodstuffs Corporation and Binh Dinh Printing Co.,
In 2009: realizing the equitization of Binh Dinh Water Supply Company; Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical equipment Company; Binh Dinh Production Investment Service Import-Export Company; Vinh Thanh General Co., Ltd; Van Canh General Co., Ltd; An Lao General Co., Ltd.
The Prime Minister entrusted Chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee with the implementation pursuant to the appoved scheme. In case of further adjusting and supplementing, it is necessary to get Prime Minister’s approval
