A training course on Tendering Law

With a view to help the individuals directly participating in bidding over the province to require techniques and sklills of bidding according to the current regulations, the Ministry of Planning and Investment in association with the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province (DPI) will hold a training course on the Law of Tendering and the selection of construction contractors under the Law of Construction.in September, 2007 in Quy Nhon City.
According to the Tendering Law, it is a compulsory certificate for every individual who involve the bidding (Tender selection, Tender invitation, Tender appraisal, Tender consultancy …).
The participants must register at DPI by September 15, 2007.
