On September 10, 2007, Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee assigned Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Administration to work with consulting agencies on adjusting the plan for the Prime Minister’s approval. Also on September 10, Hong Linh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was assigned by Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee to invest in the Building and operating industrial Zone infrastructure project (Zone C) covering an area of 200 hectares.
