Binh Dinh will grant scholarships to Lao students

Under the signed agreement between Binh Dinh Province and Laos' southern provinces, from now until 2010, every school year, Binh Dinh Province will offer 35 scholarships to Lao students studing at the province-based Quy Nhon University. Accordingly, Thirteen scholarships will be awarded to students from Champasak Province, fifteen to those from Sekong Province and seven to those from Attapư Province.
Besides, Quy Nhon University continues to help to train the Vietnamese language for students from the above provinces, 50 students for every province annually.
