More administrative procedures to be dealt online

The PM just asked ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies to apply the “on-stop shop” mechanism in handling administrative formalities within their competence, focusing on the procedures relating to the issuance of licenses, certificates, registration, and immigration.
The realization of “one-stop shop” mechanism must be combined with the application of the quality management system TCVN ISO 9001-2000. Every agency must design their own working regulations and process to deal with administrative procedures. Mentioning the application of the connected “one-stop shop” mechanism, the PM entrusted ministers to work together in order to compile and issue interdisciplinary legal documents as well as tackle related administrative formalities in the same fields.
To further save time of people and businesses, ministries and ministerial-level agencies are encouraged to apply information technology in dealing with administrative procedures, especially through Internet.
