Tatonka GmbH Company to invest a backpack and bag factory

Tatonka GmbH Company was approved in principle to invest a backpack and bag factory in Binh Dinh Province, said Vice chairman of Binh Dinh Province People’s Committee at the meeting with Mr Andreas Schechinger- Chief Executive Officer of Tatonka GmbH Company (Germany) on 16 October 2007 at the Office of the provincial People’s Committee.
Accordingly, Tatonka GmbH Company will invest around USD2 million to build a factory of producing all kinds of backpacks, handbags over an area of 2.6 hectares at Nhon Hung Commune, An Nhon District. Once fully operational, the project will create about 1,000 jobs.
