The delegation of NZAID’s experts paid a working visit to Binh Dinh

Binh Dinh, 16 Apr 2008 - Vice chairman Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh received and had a meeting with the delegation of NZAID’s experts on its visit to examine possibilities designed for the third phase of ELTO (English Language Training for Officials) programme. Joining the meeting are the representatives of Quy Nhon University, VSA Organization located in Binh Dinh and participants who have joined the course of ELTO in New Zealand.
At the meeting, the two sides exchanged some related contents in order to evaluate the situation, needs, opportunities of learning English in the province. Accordingly, there will be recommendations submitted to New Zealand’s Government to continue funding the ELTO programme - phase 3 during 2008.
After the meeting, the delegation had a closed talk with Quy Nhon University to explore the situation of English language teaching at the Institute.
