On June 30 2008, the Provincial People’s Committee had the decision to revoke the investment licence of the trade, services and tourism center project (Gruener Park Quy Nhon) at the point no. 01, in the West of Quy Nhon - Song Cau route, capitalized at USD30 million, invested by Promag Co., Ltd.
