In order to seek the financial assistance, grant aid, preferential loan or technical assistance from foreign governments or organizations to speed up the provincial socio-economic development, a list of 20 priority projects calling for Official Development Assistance (ODA) have been prepared by Binh Dinh Province and now posted on the internet by IPC Binh Dinh at www.binhdinhinvest.gov.vn.

The above 20 projects will call a total of USD418 million of ODA to build the facilities in the sectors of education, health, agriculture, fisheries and transport infrastructure. Apart from these projects, some other project proposals are now considered by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province to lengthen the list.
