IPC Binh Dinh is the contact agency to provide guidelines and support to investors to facilitate the formulation and implementation of their investment projects, receiving project documents for considering of issuance or amendment of investment certificates, except the investment projects in industrial or economic zone.

IPC Binh Dinh is the contact agency to monitor and promote co-operation between Binh Dinh Province and other domestic and foreign provinces and cities; and to monitor ODA projects in Binh Dinh Province.

1- Preparing and implementing plans, programmes or projects of investment promotion;

2- Being the contact agency to provide guidelines on investment procedures as stipulated by law; receiving project documents and co-operating with relevant agencies to help handle and facilitate procedures on project formulation and implementation and establishment of branch or representative office of foreign invested enterprises in Binh Dinh;

3- Co-operating with relevant agencies to prepare the list of priority projects  with adequate information to call for investment based on the provincial socio-economic development orientation;

4- Organizing such promotion activities as seminar, forum, exhibition to introduce investment opportunities and collaborating to organize other promotion activities in connection with trade and tourism promotion and external relations; gathering, processing and providing socio-economic and legal information necessary for promotion activities;

5- Providing guidelines and consultancy to Vietnamese and foreign economic organizations or individuals in selecting partners in investment and co-operation activities or negotiating and receiving project funds;

6- Recommending to the Department of Planning and Investment proper policies and measures to encourage investment and improve the investment and trade environment in Binh Dinh Province;

7- Collaborating to organize training workshops on knowledge of investment promotion and foreign economic relation when required;

8- Providing cunsultancy and services relating to investment in Binh Dinh Province;

9- Performing other tasks assigned by the Department of Planning and Investment and the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province.
