Applicable to cases where investors apply for approval for investigation and documentation of investment projects in Binh Dinh Province, except investment projects in industrial zone or economic zone

Language to be used in files for investment procedures

The files of an investment project and official correspondence with the State bodies of Vietnam shall be prepared in Vietnamese in the case of domestic investment projects; and in the case of projects with foreign invested capital, they shall be prepared in Vietnamese or in Vietnamese and a commonly used foreign language. If there is any difference between the Vietnamese language version of a document and the foreign language version, the Vietnamese version shall be applied.
